Traad. Tall Tails Fishing is a South Florida guide service operating
from Homestead/Florida City, Florida and specializes in fishing on the shallow
flats and in the back country waters of The Everglades National Park
(Flamingo Marina), Miami's Biscayne Bay (Biscayne National Park) and
the waters of the Upper Florida Keys with light tackle and fly
fishing equipment utilizing two shallow water flats skiffs and a canoe.
Homestead
and Florida City are the gateway to these three areas providing easy access
to each. Homestead and Florida City are located twenty-five miles south of
Miami at the entrance to the Florida Keys. Fishing techniques utilized
include sight fishing the shallow flats with, fly gear, artificial lures and
live bait, as well as live baiting the deeper creeks and channels of the
back country. Anglers of all ages and skill levels can enjoy fishing for South
Florida game fish which include bonefish, permit, tarpon, redfish, snook,
sea trout, snapper, black drum, sheep head, triple tail, barracuda and
sharks to name a few.
