RATE CHANGES: Because of the ever increasing oil
prices, the above rates are subject to change without notice prior to
your fishing date. Check with the Captain prior to your
scheduled fishing date regarding any rate increase.
Deposit Policy: * CONTACTING YOUR CAPTAIN THE NIGHT PRIOR TO FISHING: If we are scheduled to fish, it is requested that you contact me the evening prior to our first scheduled fishing date between the hours of 5pm and 8pm so that we can finalize our plans. If I do not hear from you the evening prior to our first scheduled fishing date, I will not automatically show up at the dock.

larger than two, arrangements can be made for multiple charter boats
provided there is sufficient advanced notice to schedule other captains.
